The autonomy I'm given, yet when I need a helping hand or guidance I just have to ask. I'm allowed and given the reigns to thrive in my role!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team support we have for each other. There is courtesy and respect for individuals despite the fact sometimes we have to have tough conversations. We know we are all in this together!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The wellness program is phenomenal. TTEC truly cares about the overall well-being of employees. In Florida, we have a mobile clinic which makes it so convenient for employees to be able to take care of health concerns on a daily basis.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The teamwork and support displayed on a daily basis. My supervisor and leaders truly care about me as a person and developing me to the best of my ability. We have weekly events that are fun festivities to celebrate accomplishments, or milestones, or like at corporate bbqs and fitness activities.
