The experience has been wonderful. This is my first time working from home and I am enjoying every minute of it except for the pay. It could be higher because we had to buy all of the tools we needed to work for the company.

It was web-based (Zoom Meeting) and very detailed about what the job was going to entail once we were hired.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the work an at-home agent does, we should make at least $20 an hour. Everyone is making the same pay across the board and the cost of living is different in every area.
