This is my second time working in TTEC, and I really wanted to come back based on the first time I worked here, then I had so many career opportunities and ways to increase my salary. Unfortunately this time is differently in a negative way, I see some coworkers get more attention based on sympathy.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying attention to our needs, economically, emotionally and recognizing our talents and efforts with honesty and not with sympathy
What makes you most happy at work?
I like what I do, but I would like to have more opportunities to grow and to develop my abilities
What are some of the best things about your team?
They seem to be enthusiastic and I like the fact that our managers are understanding with our personal and family situations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the company is built under excellent goals and values,m unfortunately not every one sincerely believe on that nor comply with them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
MY salary hasn't been revised during the four years I've been with the company, every time I mention this or there is a survey like this I make the same comment and nothing happens.
