The satisfaction of ending a project and the recognition from my immediate manager and team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The wages are low. The quarterly bonus helps but it's not a certainty and it's hard to know exactly how much I'll receive to plan for my expenses.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My immediate manager and team are understandable of having to take time off for personal issues and work from home to add flexibility to my schedule to attend other tasks.
