The company is a great place to work. The work is meaningful, the people are helpful and fun to work with, and the benefits are good. :)

The people are all so friendly and helpful

Hard working, fun, involved. dedicated...I could carry on and on.

My co-workers. Also, having enough work to keep me busy and not bored.

We work well together while laughing and having a good time. Everyone pitches in.

We have a great leadership team that works as a team. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

It's a beautiful work enviroment with a lot of diverse people that get along well together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared ot other call centers, the pay is not where it should be. I've worked in call centers for a couple decades and am paid less now than I ever have been.
