The rational minds of the people and how professional they are able to handle and respond to situations.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are flexible and that they just let you do your own thing. They don't micromanage you and they have the trust in everything you do. They also motivates and protects you if things go wrong
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
because I am the LOWEST PAID MARKETING SPEC of my team and for my 3 years of stay, I just experienced an increase recently in which I am grateful of. However, I don't think I am aligned with what is supposed to be my value in the market.
