Giving agents a team goal and making us feel like a team, instead of praising the wrongs things and looking only at numbers and care not about customer satisfaction.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Before we got hired, we were promised different things, from what is actually going on. They promise you A but then C happens, yet you are not aware of what is going on untill it has actually happened and the attitude is, it happened. Deal with it. That is horrible.
