The worst company I have ever worked for. They are so disorganized and they don't care if you know how to do your job or not. They don't even train you well enough to do basics before they put you on live calls.

They hourly wage is too low for the expectations and job responsibilities.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers are not trained well enough to help each other but that is the fault of management not theirs.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership has no clue what their team members actually do every day. They are unable to answer any questions as they have never worked the client or been trained on it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need ton actually train people correctly and then give them proper support once they complete training. Starting with Team Leads who actually know the client and job we perform would be a great first step. Then you need to respect your employees more.
