I love that we always work as a team and not against anybody.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Men in the same position (at least in Mexico) receive higher salary. And they are picked before than a woman for higher positions. To pick a man they do immediately, women have to proof first we can, and months later the promotion comes.
