Ttec has offered me amazing opportunities to learn and advance within the company. In about 2 years, I went from taking calls to becoming the Operations Manager. Another 6 months later, and I became our Site Lead. The growth has been amazing, and Ttec seems to see and reward those with skill.

What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy being a problem solver and driving performance. I also enjoy the challenges of a shifting environment that require quick responses and adaptability. I also enjoy the development opportunities provided to me at Ttec.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My team is great, but my peers are not. With training in a different hierarchy, there is almost zero accountability for the training manager's consistently poor performance. The other manager have little engagement in events, improving employee experience, and consistent communication.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture has so much potential to be engaging and satisfying for our employees, but managers lack the drive to discuss and promote the values of our company. There is a lot of work put into the employee experience and providing next generation support a solutions to our clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been in my role as an Operations Manager for almost a year. When I came into the position, I was offered over $10,000 less than my predecessor for taking on the same project. I have managed a tech migration, ramp up, larger headcount with fewer supervisors with better results.
