I really love this company! There are so many things I could list I really enjoy. I took this survey honestly....I am a promoter of the company but feel we need to do a better job taking care of people in this COVID environment. I have seen several compaines limit hours due to COVID.

Most of my peers are extermely smart and have tons of creative and effective ideas.

They care about me as a person and I feel like they have my best interest in mind.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I love my job! I wanted to say yes to being paid fairly but Im really not. My role requires lots of hours. In those hours are lots of stress and deliverables. When you look at my pay then one would think that is fair but when you do the math over the hours required to be succesful..I feel unpaid
