Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Team Leads have a very large work load starting with team ratios. Team leads wear all hates including IT.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Upper management needs to take better care of their Team Leads/Supervisors better. Starting with work load. Team ratios of 30+ to 1 is not an effective way to manage a team.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The company was poorly prepared for a situation in which we would need to work from home. The larger teams added to WAH situations, on top of all the system issues makes everything 10 times harder, yet the expectations of daily, weekly, and monthly duties has not decreased. In fact, they increased.
