Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know others in roles that are not at my title who make almost as much. I am thankful for an increase last year to get me closer to where I am but still feel like my contributions are worth more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Even in times of crisis and the unknown, our company continues to go above and beyond to support us, not as an Oracle #, but as individuals who are part of their family. Our CEO and leaders are change leaders and are paving the way for other organizations to take a stance on diversity and inclusion.
