We have an amazingly diverse group of people here at TTEC.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my job. I fell like I am helping people everyday.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is just that, a team. We all work together for a common goal. We are there for each other whenever needed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The workload Vs. pay is low. Looking at other positions at other companies in the same role are making on average 8-10$ more an hour.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I never have to worry about anything. They are here for me no matter what I need. They truley care about me and that is proven over and over again.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amazing. We work together well. It is never about one single person, but always about us as a team. My succes is theirs, and theirs is mine
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is hard work to saty on top of everything. I got a promotion that only paid 1$ more than being an advocate. When the last promotion when I was a trainer was 2$ more. I work harder now than I ever did. I love my job but am worth more
