What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that as a leader, I have to opportunity to make even a small difference in the life of others. This brings me joy & contentment knowing this is why we were place on this earth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Ive been with the company for years and have worked as PSL in 3 other programs. (above my pay rate) I am grateful to work for an amazing company, but a 3% raise over the last 7 to 8 yrs when I know Im paid less than I could make elsewhere can be a bit discouraging. Not complaining, an honest answer
