How much we care about people
More competitive compensation, better bonuses. And not cutting bonuses for frontline managers. Quarterly, or even annual pay increases are non-existent at TTEC. There are no incentives, not even team builders at the program level, nor manager competitions.
We all work incredibly hard, and we do so with integrity. I think we have one of the strongest leadership teams in TTEC, and we have heard it from several higher ups. We are a TEAM and we get through things together.
