What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their forward thinking, planning and vision. I appreciate their support and the constant effort being done in recognizing all employees as individual and catering to that individuality.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When comparing my salary against those in the same position in the market I am on the lower side of the spectrum (below the average) even though my responsibilities have exceeded expectations consistently.
