What are some of the best things about your team?

We all have similar goals and are invested in making our group better and more valuable.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

at lower levels, there is very good diversity and people tend to admire (if not completely follow) the company values.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We continue to trip over dollars to pick up pennies. When, as a company, we can understand the difference between value and cost, we may be able to turn the culture around.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

differential or preferred treatment of certain groups is still the norm. Pay is still below industry norm. Office politics, as well as country politics, still play way too large a roll in this workplace.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Insurance that was actually affordable and a decent plan. Pay that was at least on par with the rest of country for similar roles. Take politics completely out of things like reward systems (such as Platinum Club). Better retirement benefits. Matching 401K.
