I started in August of 2006. I am very thankful and grateful of everything TTec has done for me personally and professionally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We promote Women in Leadership. We promote diversity. We promote within and truly develop our employees just out of high school.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the challenge of making anything Green. I love working and developing teams to ensure we are meeting all ttec and client needs. I do like a challenge. Surge was more than a challenge....But made it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have recently had increase to my salary and truly appreciate Susan being fair. Felt underpaid because of ALL the hours since March that I have given. We are not paid anything extra for doing anything extra. Appreciate the development and trust but monetary seems to truly show appreciation of work
What are some of the best things about your team?
Susan Frye vertical is the best. We work as a team in almost everything we do. We share best practices and also action planning when we are not meeting goals. I appreciate that this team always helps out when needed. If Kike needs something in McAllen we all work together to help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Susan Frye and Jo Bowman have truly been a blessing for me and my family. This surge was rough and they have a true understand. Jo has been my mentor now for 4 years and I cannot thank her enough and don't have words for what she does for me both professionally and personally. Susan Frye has always
