no direction, communication is lacking right now but that's due to the current environment ever changing.
for what I do, i feel as though i should make more. at my level, i should be managing my unit, but i'm found to be doing facilities, IT, site lead and SDD work, for my manager wages. i have no idea what other mgrs make, but i feel confident my male peers are compensated at a higher rate, not sure
