Working from home makes it all so much easier for me as I have been @home for almost 10yrs.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping my Team Leads succeed in assisting the agents interact with our callers in a respectful and helpful manner.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After almost 10yrs with the company they could not find a position for me that wasn't at agent level at a huge cut in pay. I was separated and received some sub pay benefit and was rehired as a temp due to the pandemic shortly after. I was not rehired as promised as a regular status employee.
