Overall it has been good. But due to no real perks or benefit for anyone in site...why not work from home. I was at site for mi. Of 12 hours per day due to interruptions. At home I have a life at the end of the day. I have less stress which makes me a better manager to all

The interactions with leadership as well as our it and facility people ...they are all nice
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Director is extremely attentive to our needs. Responds immediately and very easy to communicate with. She is honest and cares about ALL, to every level of her team!!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Like to go, but EXcited is not the word, as it is very stressful. Work from home improved my life and I am more productive, as well as the agents are more productive. Less drama, less WHY cases. New 2020 table seating is horrible environment, loud, and they are literally on top of each other
