Everything has been very unorganized. I have been a TL for a month and there is still so much I do not know. I didn't get formal training for the TL position. Only California bank of america.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't really have one other than my paycheck which I am fine with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Judith is very knowledgeable and is an asset to this company. Jessica Hughes is as well. They deserve recognition.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
all of my new co workers are very helpful and friendly. everyone helps everyone out and it is very comforting.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can actually get all of my work done, and interacting with my reps. I enjoy when I learn something new as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the two managers i've had, Jessica Hughes and Judith Repka. Both go above and beyond for their team leads, and they have made me feel very welcome at a new company.
