My company is one of the best places I have ever worked. I used to work in the Call Center as an agent and got Promoted to Talent Acquisition. I enjoyed the Pot Lucks we would have and the games we would play to win prizes and the Referral Friend Program we have is fantastic.

I have great leaders who make you feel valued. I like the work-life balance and flexible working environment especially when you are taking care of an elderly parent who's living with you.

I currently have insurance through my husband employer.

Our Leadership respects us and create comfortable working environment that alleviate the working process.

I enjoy coming to work everyday. I'm doing something different on a daily basis. I enjoy my team, and we really work great together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really appreciate TTEC having such a diverse work environment. You get to learn about other employees culture and they can learn about my culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I actually hire talent for TTEC; however, on some Lines of business the agents make more money than I do. I feel this is really unfair.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together as a team. We assist one another to make sure all classes are being filled. We stay late as needed without complaining. I really enjoy my team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our Leadship team work together to make sure we are successful in our Role. We are informed about all upcoming classes in a timely manner. I enjoy working for the company and I enjoy my team members.
What makes you most happy at work?
There's nothing quite like the feeling you experience when you match the ideal candidate with their dream job. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, it's my job to coach, mentor, and guide my applicants throughout the entire hiring process and help them find the career they've been looking for.
