The communication we have with each other. The over all Team work. The fun and excitement that is put in everything we do together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team work. The way we always come together to make things work. How we are always there for each other to lend that helping hand.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company 4 years now, I give 100%. I am never late, never call out, I feel I am very dependable. I will do what ever is ask of me because of the love I have for this wonderful company. At the same time, I have never had a raise in my time here.
