Overall I love what I do. It is very fulfilling. If I could change anything at all it would definitely be the pay. Especially for some of my teammates. It breaks my heart to know they are struggling financially at home when the company has the power to make that better for them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our team always...from our Manager to the working team! I love working with them!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a TRUE team! We always have each others back. We work together to make each others job easier and we ALWAYS help each other. Our team is like a family and love all of them!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I used to be super excited to get up and come to work. No matter how hard or how much work we had to do. But there are certain aspects of the job that has diminished that joy. I still love working with my team and they make the day worthwhile.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the pay rate for what we do is not fair. We work EXTREMELY hard in our dept &when you have CSRs making more than us it's a slap in the face. Initially we had a very small team of 4 or 5 of us & we strive every day to, no matter what, always give 110% while struggling to make ends meet.
