I have been with the company for 16+ years. During this time I have found if you come to work each day, work hard, share ideas that the sky is the limit. There are recognition opportunities, plenty of ways to develop and great people to interact with along the journey.

It was a very long time ago, but it was positive at the time! I've been with the company for 16+ years!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The TTEC Core Values are a very positive aspect to give each and every employee guiding principles to live by. They are encouraged in our reward structure, coached to in performance reviews and brought up regularly in conversation. Our people make our company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am lucky to work with a team of dedicated, hard-working, innovative individuals. We are a team made up of many unique skillsets and have a leader that uses each of our strengths in the best way. We are constantly growing with weekly education sessions and do team building events often.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The TTEC leadership team is made up of talented individuals who pull in SME's from all across the company to make it a better place to work. They are caring and real. They are constantly evolving to make the company fit this day and age. They encourage proactivity from the frontline.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is that I am paid fairly for the role that I handle. TTEC is constantly evaluating my performance and ensuring I align with the core competencies of my role. When I go above and beyond and there is an opportunity to bonus that happens too.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love interacting with people from all across the company to find better ways to do business. I love having he ability to share best practices, and help people figure out how to share all the great ideas they have. I also love learning from others and constantly growing in who I am.
