- What does the leadership team need to get better at?They cut my job and put me in a new role with no guidance. Verbal counseling for not doing my job well and two days later gave me an outline for how to do my job. I went to HR and HR was not supportive. Spoke to an attorney and eventually got a nice severance. Supervisor no longer has subordinates
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?It's still a boys club. They hide behind creating groups like Women of Technology, but don't hire permanent employees at the top. Their men to women ration at the executive level is very lopsided.
