To get paid accordingly to the level of my job
I feel I am hired at a level below where I belong. My relevant work experience and skills are comparable to folks at a level above my current level
What are some of the best things about your team?
Nice and Really smart people
They are a fun, jolly, smart bunch of folks
The team is highly skilled and all very good professionals, I look forward to teaching and learning from them in a daily basis.
We have friendly environment in my team. We guide and learn from each other too.
