What's the Operations team like at Uber?
I've given up trying to talk with them. When I have a problem, I end up submitting online and it has to detailed so I don't get a canned response. As for Operations, they don't seem to care, especially since I'm in another State ( Ops in Philly, but I live and work mostly in Delaware).
What's the vibe like in the Operations dept at Uber? How many hours are you working?
I've never been to the Ops department because one, too far away, two, opens too late in my day, would cost me too much to stop. Working between 33 and 40 a week.
How's the leadership on the Operations team at Uber?
There is no leadership. The drivers can tell Uber all day long what things need to be done only to have it fall on deaf ears. We usually have to repeat issues multiple times before they are dealt with. So there is no leadership.
How's the leadership on the HR team at Uber?
Awesome! Depending on who you talk to.
What do people at Uber think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
The company makes plenty of money and they should share it with their drivers. We are the ones that help him to get to where uber is now. I made more money three years ago that I am making now per mile.
