Dear Manager, it's hard not to be political when politics is part of our everyday life, even at Uber. Yet, It is highly advisable to stay subjective, to your job description. Respectful to different cultures and ideals, even if they are lower than you or inferior. An MBA does not teach you respect.

Remember that we employees are humans, not robots. It would be nice to have some sincere empathy for the people they manage.

As an uber eats driver this company should protect not only the customers but the drivers as well, meaning some ask for a pin or a photo. But most deliveries dont required the pin or photo, with that beung said any customer can. Say they never got their delivery. I have recordings and screenshots.

Real Communications ( actual phone conversations with those that determine deactivation) and support not with AI !! I was treated unfairly and deactivated without a detailed explanation as to why. I had only been doing Uber Eats for 2 months and was bring my rating up when I was deactivated. I

They should stop looking at me as the national hire while they are the expatriates. This is Uber. And stop passive aggressive behavior, if you have a problem with my people I should not be the scape goat.

Most of them if not all are heartless. I have been experiencing alienation from them ever since I became part of my current team which led to me going through a relapse with my depression. I went to HR but was just given 1 month LWOP but the alienation and unfair treatment fro team lead brushed off.

Your agents dont document anything no matter how many times ive called and reported every issue from llying customers

When you hire for race, skin color & sexual orientation.. you are hiring the wrong people for the wrong reasons. When you work at a company that you feel scared being critical at or with HR because they have a union and chairs.. then you will be forced to stay silent and keep smiling. Very dystopian

remote work. forcing people into an office on anchor days doesn't lead to a collaborative environment. If people don't want to be in the office, there is resentment about being here it can create an unfavorable environment.
