The union will represent employees with HR issues with management and there are a lot of problems that come up in my opinion compared to other companies. Lots of supervisors are fresh from high school. Best way to get UPS HR involved is to call the National HR hotline a toll free number so it gets logged and the headquarters people follow up with the local HR. Do not expect miracles.

They sweep them under the rug. UPS is a bully company. Whatever the problem is, it is always the employees fault.

When they do, it's very slowly, but most complaints seem to be swept under the rug
