As a full time driver, my benefits include health insurance (includes eye and dental), life insurance, two weeks vacation plus additional paid days off and family leave if necessary. The benefits are very nice but they come at a cost. Usually long hours and often very physically demanding. Overall, if you can handle hard work, it is a worthwhile trade off.

Excellent healthcare.. best I've ever had. my position is given 5 personal and 5 sick days, as well as 2 weeks of paid vacay. Number of vacation weeks grows with seniority.

100% Family Health and Welfare coverage for hourly/Teamsters! This coverage is Nationly negotiated. Supervisor are covered solely through AETNA/UPS, and is much less coverage and spouses are not covered if employed elsewhere.
