Overall, I enjoy coming to work just wish the compensation matched the multiple duties I tackle everyday. I cannot afford my own apartment...that would make me happiest.

Mostly satisfied. I stay busy and I like my co-workers (who stay long enough to get to know!). It's young company and has room to grow. I sincerely wish you would take the lead in the industry and compensate your employees significantly better. I will never have my own home if pay is not increased.

Our collective knowing and sense of humor.

Constantly short-staffed and not paid a liveable wage.

Willing to be flexible for Drs. appointments during normal business hours.

I literally fill the roles of four departments but only paid for one.

Empathetic and works with you when life events happen that are unforseen or can't be helped.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are actively engaging with employees with surveys like this and allowing each practice to continue to be independant and retain the perks and pleasantries prior to joining USDP.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am currently working four positions and have been for months. That is not going to change in the foreseeable future. The compensation the company would've been paying three other people would afford some wiggle room for a deserving raise.
