
Mostly satisfied. I stay busy and I like my co-workers (who stay long enough to get to know!). It's young company and has room to grow. I sincerely wish you would take the lead in the industry and compensate your employees significantly better. I will never have my own home if pay is not increased.

I am currently working four positions and have been for months. That is not going to change in the foreseeable future. The compensation the company would've been paying three other people would afford some wiggle room for a deserving raise.
