Adaptability. Whether its working remotely, immediate turn around time, multiple projects, the team can adapt to the work environment and still excel.

The team is focused on patient experiences. Due to that focus, everybody is on the same page, which makes working with teammates easier.

They do not waste my time. Everybody is focused on execution. While there are times for fun, the primary purpose of each interaction is to execute on a project.

The engagement between the administrative team and the clinical team. This connection allows for true sharing of ideas and allows for effective implementation of projects to move the business forward.

Its about work. I hate wasting time. When I am working, I am working. You can still be friends with somebody, ask how they are, but for the most part, people are not wasting each other's time.

The leadership team is creative when it comes to problem solving. The team was able to find solutions for COVID disruption, weather disruptions, staffing disruptions, etc. The solution was not to just move on, but to find a way to continue to provide exceptional patient care experiences.
