Our office is diverse and we all get along fairly well to be an office of alot of ladies.

My PA that I work under is amazing and treats me equal and not under her! We all work together well as a team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
realization that cost of living is up everywhere and just because I live in a smaller town, I have worked here for a very long time and new employees are coming it at as much as I get paid
