At first it was good, but the longer I'm here the less I like it. I enjoy some of the people I work with and the providers, but others I can live without due to their negativity and attitudes.

Management needs to improve multiple things. Im happy with the providers and some on of the staff.

The providers are amazing, and some of the staff is pleasant to be around

Some of the doctors are amazing and are willing to do whatever they can to make our job easier
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. They also need to be better at actually leading a team instead of just ignoring the problems hoping they will fix themselves
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The constant bickering and complaining from employees. People worrying more about other than themselves. It could be improved by hiring more responsible staff that want to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no acknowledgement for a good worker here. Acknowledging people for there work goes a long way. Management needs to get better at doing more than sitting in their office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that we are severely understaffed. If someone is unable to come in or do their work we are responsible to pick up their slack and do their work on top of our own, even if we aren't properly trained to do it. I dont feel that we get paid enough to do multiple peoples jobs.
