having good postiive commucation and interaction between coworkers is vital and that is what I strive to maintain in all the offices I work at.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
thorughout the years never got fair compensation pay for all the things i do for this company. I have trained over 50 employees throughout texas, traveled to help other offices outside my city, implementated training programs and have skills in MULTIPLE areas including general derm, mohs, cosmetics
