What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The providers (who have since and are leaving) try to keep things positive for us. Also, my friends/co-wotkers i have made over the years

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Everyone (providers included) arexleqving! The pay is not going up with thd GAS AND COST OF LIVING. When you can make $18 with better benefits at Amazon! And the medical director cares nothing about his employees

What are some of the best things about your team?

We dont have teams, which i emjoy. I enjoy the variety and diverseness of wprkong with the group. There are some that i have worked with fir years that truly enjoy. Others do not have a great work ethic

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are places (locally) starting people out with NO experience with same creditianls making MORE! We get bo incentives, have horrible insurance and get NO BENEFITS in our own skin care center! Most of us cant even afford to use it!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Im not sure who we are calling the "leadership " tean. The medical director cares NOTHING about the staff! All he cares about is MONEY and thats clear! Our managers- Paul and Karen, seem to care and do what they can to make this place a fine place to work!
