Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

new highers are being paid more and given approved off for vacation before having the hours in the bank .Which is not fair for the employee's working hard to get up to 2wks paid vacation. Where is our compensation to stay if you are capped and are not allowed to make more or accrue more time off
