Overall my experience with this company has been positive. I wish I would have been paid appropriately before my office manager / Dr had to fight for the raise that I ultimately got. Other than that I have never had any issues working with USDP. Everyone has been extremely nice and positive to me.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
My office manager Dedra and supervisor Amanda Thomas are amazing at their jobs. Both give us the support we need!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The office I work out of (sherman) is an amazingly positive environment, everyone that I am aware of loves working in this office.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My office manager had to fight for me to get a raise so I'm not sure how pleased I truly am about my compensation "package"
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Team is amazing to work with. We do not have conflicts between each other and we are always willing to set up if needed to ensure that patients are well taken care of.
