I giess thr fact it is a good work environment in our location

We have a good work environment where we all work hard to get iur job done and done right.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well as a team and all carry our weight to help out and get the daily job done.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Considering we dont ever see the leadership team or bear from them, I woukd say they need to be more present.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When retail stores and chain restaurants pay more and offer better benefits and vacation time, something is wrong. The PTO time is not a perk of this conpany. Most corporate companies offer sick and PTO but this one does not and offers little PTO.
