Most of them are always working hard to improve the team(s) and provide answers. They encourage you to succeed and help you work towards your goal; whatever that may be.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel my skill sets and work should be compensated more. I have no doubt that others with comparable/less experience are compensated more than I am. I will work harder so I can get to the goal position and hope to be compensated fairly.
