What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am not sure at this point, I am too new to say.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
what compensation package? health insurance? I'm not satisfied seeing how much the providers can earn from an employee referral in comparison to the front desk..
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a very clear divide between the front desk and the rest of the staff... I do not like even asking any of the other staff questions, or for help with their patients.. very cliquey
