The compensation is definitely under where it needs to be.

Unfortunately we do not have teams in the Lee's Summit office

Problems with my provider but I will be transferring to another provider so things should be better.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to the concerns of staff, investigating problems before they jump to conclusions, discuss problems that providers have directly with them. Have the employee's back.
