Getting my job completed and starting with a clean slate for the next days work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're a family here and treat others with respect as we would like to be treated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
my boss is awesome, I've been working at USDP for over 5 years and she is great, very caring and a hard worker and leads by example, i probably would not have stayed this long here without her.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are family, coming to work and enjoying those you work with is sometimes the exception rather than the rule. In my time with USDP, I've worked with many great people and very few "others" shall we say.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think one of the things i think is great is that they do have an emergency assistance program , I actually had to use it one time and it was a real help financially. I can't say many other companies I've worked for in the past had this in place.
