Patient's are mostly enjoyable, the dermatology field can be fun. New things every day. Providers are great to work with.

Leaving knowing I had a productive day.

Culture isn't toxic and mostly upbeat.

Work ethic over all is suffering.

They try their best to be fair and understanding.

Being able to be productive.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay rates are not competitive with other practices in the area.

Interaction between staff and providers is more often than not positive and friendly.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone gets along for the most part. We try to really work as a team.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They make a collaborative effort to consider effects on the team as a whole before making decisions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe the pay scale as a company is far below what other practices pay in our area. If base pay rates were increased, as well as annual merit increases, employee retention would improve greatly.
