Transition from individual clinics to USDP was terribly stressful. But, after the growing pains, USDP has blossomed beautifully!!!

Positive attitudes. Team genuinely enjoys each other-banter and all!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they have open ears when suggestions are made. I feel HEARD
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less "corporate" feel. More freedom from "USDP structure" at the clinic level.
What makes you most happy at work?
Teammates (physicians, nursing staff, clerical, etc all are working toward the same goal!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation has not been re-evaluated for current salary ranges. Pay rates are out of date in every department at the clinic level.
