SWSS is great to work for.It has a great vibe and we strive to make it feel like family. However USDP doesn't know the slightest thing about me.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Most of us treat each other like family

What makes you most happy at work?

SWSS as a fun, family filled environment, that has only gotten better.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like my manger. She hears me and helps to make a better work enviroment

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I feel USDP doesn't have positive or motivating work culture. I feel like I am simply a number that makes them money- that I don't see reflected in my benefits. However, at SWSS I feel valued as an employee.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

401K match was removed as a benefit. There was a delay in communicating merit increases. I was told last years bonus was part of the merit increase. If we receive no bonus, this results in a deduction from my salary this year meaning there is no "substantial increase" as stated.
