My coworkers honestly, they help me get through all the days.. good or bad.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because there have been multiple promises of extra training and such that has never been fulfilled. I also don't feel like I am compensated for all I do for this company.
